Ordering Conditions

Please read the following before ordering your wine.

The minimum order is 12 bottles, however any mix may be chosen.

Delivery of wines:

1. Allow several weeks for processing and delivery.
2. Only full boxes will be consigned by road transport.

About the order form:

1. Order cannot be processed without an order form.
2. Do not forget to include your name and address on the form.
3. Remember to enter the freight charges.
4. We cannot deliver to a PO box.
5. Wines are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
6. Some wines are limited in availablity as stated on the order form.
7. Orders may be faxed for credit cards sales only.

Breakages happen from time to time. In the event of a breakage, please proceed as follows:

1. Check boxes, wine variety, numbers broken.
2. Notify the driver, obtain his or her signature on the official consignment note, and record its serial number.
3. Notify us ASAP. We will make the claim for you.

If the lost wine is not replaceable, a refund will be issued.
